The Public Servants/ State Corporation employees whose properties have been damaged due to terrorist violence of July/ August 1987 and thereafter are eligible for compensation up to a maximum of Rs.150, 000.00.

This scheme is being implemented under the Public Administration Circular No. 49/89 dated 09/10/1989.

  • Service Letter
  • Voucher (General 35) certified by Head of the Department
  • Copy of Deed (If building only)
  • Original Police Report
  • Loan arrears of the Department
  • Valuation Report (Building, house, household items/ vehicle/ fishing equipment)
  • Letter certified by the Divisional Secretary (No any family member will obtain compensation)
  • National Identity Card copy of the applicant and the dependents
  • Details of Bank Account
  • Marriage Certificate
